With access to professional equipment, storage facilities, and a community of like-minded ceramicists, you'll find everything needed to advance your work with rescued clay. Whether you're transitioning from occasional maker to professional potter or looking to establish a consistent practice, our studio provides the environment and resources to support your ceramic journey

FAQ’s

  • You should be comfortable working independently and familiar with basic ceramic techniques. This will be assessed by one of our members in an informal chat.

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
    Saturday: 10:00 - 17:00
    Sunday: Closed

  • Access to wheels, hand building equipment, basic tools, glazes, personal storage space, and technical support when needed. Extra fee charged for firing and all clay must be purchased through the studio (at cost) or pre agreed with studio manager.

  • There's a £10/kg charge for pieces you wish to keep, measured at leather-hard stage. This includes glazing and two firings.

  • Only stoneware clay is permitted and it has to be purchased through the studio unless agreed with the studio manager. Clay is available for purchase on-site.

  • One-month notice period required for canceling membership.

  • Parking in the space is very limited, but there is parking available at the nearest ASDA, 5-10 minutes walking from the studio.

  • Yes, members get dedicated storage space for work in progress.
